An exciting full time opportunity exists for an enthusiastic EEN or RN who is innovative, motivated & forward thinking to join our friendly and expanding Northside GP Practice.
We are looking for a Nurse to join our nursing team and participate in a wide range of activities
Roles within the nursing area include:
• Chronic Disease Management
• Wound Care
• Immunisation
• Health Assessments
• Assisting procedures
The successful applicant will meet the following criteria:
# Current QLD Registration
# Team player
# A commitment to professional development
# Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
# Ability to prioritise effectively
# Good organisational skills
The following would be beneficial:
# Previous General Practice Experience
# Immunisation Accreditation
# Current First Aid and CPR certification
# computer literate with experience in the Pracsoft/Medical Director or Best Practice software.
# Excellent customer service skills.
