The current vacancy for a Registered Nurse at the Critical Care Unit (CCU) offers you the unique opportunity to be part of their professional team. The Registered Nurse will provide care to medical and major surgical patients in the Critical Care Unit (CCU).
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible to
* Providing a high standard of evidence-based nursing care to patients including planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of care provided in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. * Take the leadership role and work with ENs & AINs by providing supervision, direction and guidance. * To deliver a high standard of customer service at all times. * To provide education, support and guidance to staff regarding nursing care management, rehabilitation or end of life needs. * To work as part of the health care team, adhere to policies and procedures, and contribute to the efficient, effective and economic running of the unit * To demonstrate a commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement and participate in committees as required. * To comply by Occupational Health and Safety regulations and contribute to achievement of hospital accreditation * To maintain a professional development portfolio with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.To secure this highly sought after role as registered Nurse Critical Care Unit (CCU) you will have
