The role of Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) is chiefly concerned with coordinating all aspects of the clinical care at the facility & ensuring the delivery of resident care according to individual care plans & documented policies & procedures. The CCC will coordinate care staff & liaise with senior management to ensure that the clinical care is delivered in accordance with our clients industry leading standards.
The ideal candidate will be an RN DIV 1 & will have had a minimum of 2 years experience at a senior level. They will be able to exhibit a proven track record of success in similar positions.
This is a clinical based position & therefore will require someone with a real "hands on" attitude & exceptional clinical & communication skills.
