Ardeer House is a 55 bed aged care facility providing high and low permanent care located within minutes of the Western Ring Road.
The RN in charge plays a key role in resident nurse care planning and evaluation, shift staffing and clinical follow-up. The postion is supported by 2 experienced RN (End), a terrific direct care team and an admin officer. The DON and management are always accessible for support and advice.
Candidates must have: *well developed assesst & documentn skills; *strong organisational & planning ability *strong leadership capacity *cheerful dispositions; and *aged care experience.
Ardeer House provides a friendly, warm & flexible workplace. It is the preferred facility of choice for families and referral agents.
Potential promotional opportunities available for the right candidate. Although RN Div 1 is preferred an outstanding RN End will be considered.
