Stanhope Healthcare Services Pty Ltd is currently seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about community nursing. We have a casual role in Northern Sydney working weekends. Stanhope Healthcare Services is committed to providing quality nursing, personal care and social support for all our clients, assisting those individuals who wish to reside independently within their own homes. As a Registered Nurse employed in Community Care you will be responsible for the provision of holistic nursing care to our clients. The role incorporates the following:* Assessing clients for their clinical needs * Providing professional clinical care * Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation of client’s files * Liaising with client’s family, Clinical Care Coordinator, Hospital facilities, GPs and other allied healthcare professionals.
To be considered for this flexible and rewarding role the following requirements are essential:* Current NSW Nursing Registration * Curent and valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable motor vehicle * Experience in aged and /or community care is advantageous but not essential
