The Opportunity:
Part time RN Div1 Grade 5 night shift position available for an exceptional Registered Nurse in the Prahran area.
Reporting to the Manager/DON, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the coordinating and management of care and clinical nursing procedures to all residents while ensuring the delivery of the best possible standards of nursing and personal care to residents.

Working:
Week 1: Tue, Wed 9.30pm - 7.30am
Week 2: Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat 9.30pm - 7.30am

The Person:
To be considered for this role, you will have a current Division 1 Nursing Registration in Victoria with previous experience working at a Grade 5 level, recent experience in an Aged Care environment, working knowledge of Funding Instrument (ACFI).
Must have a high level of written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities.
