About the Role
We are seeking a Care Manager to co-ordinate and manage the provision of care and clinical nursing procedures to all residents within the Hostel, spread over 7 night shifts per fortnight. This role will report directly to the Manager / DON.
You will ensure the delivery of the best possible standards of nursing and personal care to residents, through the direct supervision and management of all care staff (PCW and RN Div 2).
About You
Desirably the successful candidate will have experience in Aged Care, good organisational skills and be self motivated.
You will have proven experience within a similar role and the ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and time management.
You will have a working knowledge of ACFI and the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Ideally you will have proven Microsoft Office skills and have clear spoken and written English communication skills and excellent customer service.
You should also be registered with the Nurses’ Board of Victoria as a Division 1 Nurse, with previous experience working at a Grade 5 level.
