The Ambulatory Care Directorate at Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking interested Registered Nurses Division 1 and Division 2 (Medication Endorsed) to work within the District Nursing & Palliative Care team. You will be responsible for providing general and specialised clinical best practice nursing and healthcare to clients in their own homes and other designated clinic environments.
The successful applicants will be Registered Nurses Division 1 or 2 with a current (Victorian) Practising Certificate. Recent experience within an acute nursing environment is mandatory and experience in community, district or palliative care nursing is desirable. A thorough and comprehensive orientation program will support you to undertake this role as a best practice clinician in community based nursing.
