Looking for a great opportunity to develop recovery-focused community mental health skills? An opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative Psychiatric Nurse to join the multi-disciplinary clinical team at the Footbridge Community Care Unit and take on a leadership role in providing clinical care and recovery-focused case management. SVMH has adopted the Strengths Model of Case Management with a strong client-centred recovery approach as the model of care across the service. In this role, the Psychiatric Nurse (ANUM) will provide a high standard of clinical assessment, treatment and support to clients and their carers. They will provide shift leadership to the team, demonstrating excellence in discipline specific and recovery-focused case management skills.
